一、多個Brand 與多個工廠申請印度（India）強制認證計畫（Compulsory Registration Scheme（CRS），申請BIS（Bureau of Indian Standard）注意事項

1.  印度（India）強制認證計畫（Compulsory Registration Scheme（CRS）規範多種產品，包含資訊、影音、電源供應器、電池等多項產品需要強制申請BIS。詳細清單請見以下BIS官網說明。

2.  BIS以工廠與品牌（Brand）為申請單位，符合BIS規定的產品公告在以下Website供（海關、抽檢）等相關人員使用。

3. 若同一個工廠做的同一個產品，同時搭配多個品牌（Brand）販售，需要注意以下事項

-  需符合Series Approval 定義（例如Power Adapter符合以下ILL. 1 Power Adapter Series Approval要求），同時開案，做成同一份測試報告

-     需同時開案，做成同一份測試報告

-     報告內需包含多個Brands 與對應的型號

-     報告內要有不同Brands的Label drawing

-     需要重新執行對應的註冊程序，申請對應的Registration number

4. 若不同工廠即使做的同一個產品，也需要當成新案件重新提供樣品與相關資料重新送樣申請。

二、客戶產品同時符合UL60950-1 & UL62368-1時UL標籤應該如何標示

產品同時符合UL60950-1 & UL62368-1，UL Mark標示要求其中的Product Identity可以用"ALSO LISTED"連接2者的Product Identity，但前提是Model no.要相同 (同一個產品貼同一個標籤，標籤上只會有一個Model no.，所以登記在報告中，NWGQ與AZOT的Model no.要是同一個)。

標籤標示範例： INFO. TECH. EQUIP. ALSO LISTED Product Identity

Note: INFO. TECH. EQUIP. or I.T.E. or ITE or INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT 這幾種呈現方式都可以Product Identity 依照客戶認證時所定義的產品名稱去標示

UL 62368-1, UL Mark Product Identity標示要求 

PRODUCT IDENTITY

 One of the following product identities appears on the product:

-AV Equipment

-Copier

-Musical Instrument

-Paper Shredder

-Personal Computer

Other product identities may be used as shown in the individual certifications.

The product identity for field-installed accessories includes the word "Accessory."

For rebuilt products, the word "Rebuilt," "Remanufactured," "Refurbished" or "Reconditioned"

precedes the product identity, or is otherwise marked on the product nameplate.
